Sangeet Night
Anaya & Rohan

Studionity Events
One console carries the whole night — invites and RSVPs, entry at the door, the run-of-show, venue signage, sponsors and the numbers you leave with.
Summits and conferences, expos and fairs, college fests, product launches, weddings and birthdays all run the same shape: switch on only the parts that event needs. Pair it with face-matched photo delivery and the same guest record hands out the photos too.

The console
A countdown to showtime, then a live status snapshot across photos, RSVPs, check-ins, sponsor leads, documents and crew.
Days, hours, minutes and seconds to doors, with the room and the date beside it, so nobody has to ask what happens next.
Photos indexed, guests confirmed, faces enrolled for the gate, documents delivered, sponsor leads and crew on shift — one screen, refreshed as the night runs.
Only the approvals nobody else can make surface here. Everything else keeps running without you.
Invites & RSVP
Three invite moods, a live editor that keeps type legible on any background, and an RSVP form you build yourself.

FaceGate
No desk, no queue, no list read out loud. Guests walk up, look at the crew's tablet, and they are in — about two seconds each, and it keeps clearing the line when the venue Wi-Fi drops.
Recognised as they walk up, then greeted by name with their table and how many photos are already waiting.
If a face doesn't read, the same station scans the pass QR on-device, with no signal needed.
A name search across the whole guest list, held on the device. Nobody is left standing at the gate.
Summits, expos and fests
Design the template once. Every copy fills itself from the one guest record, and the category decides which zones it opens.
Indian wedding guests never show an entry pass. A wedding uses the invite and face at the gate instead — pass and badge language belongs to summits, expos and fests.
Run-of-show
Every run-sheet item feeds the guest's Tonight strip and the venue up-next screens at the same time.
It holds a multi-day shape too — see a two-day wedding run-of-show.
Venue
The venue is laid out as zones, and every document goes to exactly the people it is for.
Print a fix for each zone. Guests get you-are-here with nothing to install, and you get live density as the room fills.
Joining instructions, agenda PDFs, speaker packs, venue maps and receipts routed into each person's own vault, with a per-row open rate. Crew run sheets never reach guests.
Announce & incidents
One send reaches every phone in the room, and anything that breaks reaches the nearest crew member.
App, WhatsApp and SMS at once, scheduled ahead if you want, with read rates so you know it landed.
A guest taps Report, the nearest crew picks it up, and the reply lands in that guest's own updates — not a group chat.
Signage
Pair any TV or projector once. Push a layout and it appears on every paired screen in the venue.
Sponsors
Placements across the guest hub, the welcome interstitial, the signage loop, a booth QR and the photo watermark — tiered Platinum, Gold and Partner.
Insights
The RSVP funnel, photo engagement, gate check-ins, document delivery, announcement read-rates and the sponsor rollup — exportable while you are still packing up.
FAQ
Weddings and sangeets, corporate summits and conferences, expos and fairs, college fests, product launches, birthdays and small celebrations. The console keeps the same shape for all of them — you switch on only the modules that event needs.
Yes. There is one record per guest carrying the invite, the RSVP, the pass, the table and the photos they go home with. Edit it once and the pass, the gate and the gallery all follow.
Yes. Each keeps their own console, crew and wallet, scoped to photos or operations, and the money never pools across studios. The guest still joins once and sees a single, seamless night.
No. One link holds the whole event — the live agenda, their entry status, documents dropped in by the organiser, the venue map and announcements. It runs in the browser with no app and no signup.
A lead exists only when a guest taps a sponsor card or scans a booth QR and opts in. Every one is timestamped and consented, and export hands the sponsor a clean list they can act on.
Tell us the date and the room. We'll set the event up with you and stay on the phone through the night.
