No desk, no queue, no list read out loud. Guests walk up, look at the crew's tablet, and they are in — about two seconds each, and it keeps clearing the line when the venue Wi-Fi drops.

If a face doesn't read, the same station scans the pass QR on-device, with no signal needed.

Event team questions
What kinds of events does Studionity Events run?
Weddings and sangeets, corporate summits and conferences, expos and fairs, college fests, product launches, birthdays and small celebrations. The console keeps the same shape for all of them — you switch on only the modules that event needs.
Is the RSVP list the same list used for check-in and photos?
Yes. There is one record per guest carrying the invite, the RSVP, the pass, the table and the photos they go home with. Edit it once and the pass, the gate and the gallery all follow.
Can a photographer and an event manager run the same event?
Yes. Each keeps their own console, crew and wallet, scoped to photos or operations, and the money never pools across studios. The guest still joins once and sees a single, seamless night.
Do guests need to install anything to see the schedule or their pass?
No. One link holds the whole event — the live agenda, their entry status, documents dropped in by the organiser, the venue map and announcements. It runs in the browser with no app and no signup.
How are sponsor leads captured without scraping guest data?
A lead exists only when a guest taps a sponsor card or scans a booth QR and opts in. Every one is timestamped and consented, and export hands the sponsor a clean list they can act on.
