Studionity Billing

The money side, composed.

Quotes become invoices, payments get tracked, GST comes ready. You look professional on paper, and you always know exactly what is outstanding.

You did the shoot, the edit and the delivery. The paperwork should be the easy part.

Always current

One glance and you know where the money is.

Invoiced, collected, outstanding and tax charged, per business, computed from the documents themselves. No spreadsheet on the side.

Client links

The invoice your client opens is always the current one.

Share one link. The PDF is drawn fresh on every open, so a payment you record tonight shows on their copy tomorrow morning, without sending anything again.

No account for the clientThe link opens a clean PDF in their browser. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to install.
Yours to withdrawRevoke a link any time and it stops resolving. Nothing shared is ever out of your hands.
You see the opensEvery link counts its opens, so you know the quote was actually looked at before you call.

Branded with your studio handle. Links stay live for a year, and every open serves the document as it stands right now.

The assistant

Dictate the invoice. Get back the link.

Billing speaks MCP, so your AI assistant can do the typing. Tell it what the job was, it creates the document from your own packages and tax settings, and hands you the client link.

Works with Claude today. You stay in charge: connections are granted by you, can be read-only, and sit behind the same passcode that locks the rest of Billing.

The lock on the drawer

The books are for your eyes only.

The whole studio shares one console. Your crew culls, uploads and runs the event — and Billing sits apart behind a six digit code of its own, so the money never becomes common knowledge.

Six digits gate everythingEvery billing screen and action stays shut until the code goes in.
Relocks on its ownAn unlock lasts fifteen minutes, and one button locks it the moment you walk away from the desk.
Your team never sees itCollaborators are invited to photos and event operations. Billing is never part of their access.
Every document included

The whole paper trail, one licence.

Quotes to invoicesOne tap converts an accepted quote into the next numbered invoice, linked both ways.
GST done properly18, 12 and 5 percent presets, inclusive or exclusive, per line or per document.
Your numberingSet the pattern once and every document numbers itself in sequence.
Payments trackedRecord what came in; unpaid, partial and paid sort themselves out.
Packages and ratesSave what you sell with its price and tax, and build documents in seconds of typing, not minutes.
More than one businessRun separate letterheads, clients and numbering for each brand you bill under.
A lock on the drawerA six digit passcode gates the whole billing section, and one button locks it when you walk away.
Client bookEvery client's documents, contact and history in one place, not across three chats.

Questions, answered.

Is Billing part of the Photos plans?

No, it is its own product with its own licence. It shares your Studionity account, so the two sit side by side in one console, but you only pay for what you use.

Does my client need an account to see an invoice?

No. You send a link and it opens as a PDF in their browser, always showing the document's current state.

Can the AI assistant act without me?

Only with access you grant, and only as far as you grant it. Connections can be read-only, granting one sits behind your billing passcode, and revoking is one tap.

Is my data locked in?

Every document exports as a PDF you can keep, and your figures are always visible on screen. Stop paying and your documents remain yours to download.

Send the quote tonight. Chase nothing.

Composed documents, live links and an assistant that types for you.
