Studionity Photos

Delivery sorts itself.

Upload the shoot and every guest gets a private gallery of just their photos. No culling by hand, no giant link nobody scrolls, no "send me my pics" for weeks after.

One link with two thousand photos is not delivery. It is homework you hand your guests.

The guest side

Thirty seconds from QR to their own gallery.

No app to install, no account to make. The whole thing happens in the browser, at the venue, on any phone.

01

Scan the QR

A standee at the door or a link in the invite opens your event.

02

Take one selfie

That selfie is the search. It finds them in every frame they appear in.

03

Their photos, only theirs

A private gallery that keeps growing as you shoot, with downloads on.

Delivery

The gallery comes to them, in WhatsApp.

From a name guests can trustPhotos arrive as a message from Studionity's business account, not a link from an unknown number.
New matches follow on their ownShoot more, upload more, and everyone in the new frames hears about it without you doing anything.
Saved from the chatPhotos land inside the conversation, so saving them works the way guests already know.
Your name on it

Every delivery is a card you hand out.

The gallery carries your studio, not ours. By the end of the night, everyone at the event has your name on their phone.

Branded linksYour studio handle in every gallery link you share or print.
Your logo on the doorGuests join on a page that shows your name and mark, from the first tap.
Watermarks when you want themTurn them on for the public wall, keep clean copies for the client.
After the event

You know it landed.

Delivery is not a link you throw over the wall. You see who joined, who came back, what got saved and what reached WhatsApp — down to each guest.

Hearts tell you what to printGuests favourite as they browse, so the album picks make themselves.
Saves you can countPhoto and ZIP downloads counted per gallery, so "did anyone even open it" is never a question.
Every guest, accounted forJoined, visited, downloaded, sent — a per guest roster you can export as CSV.
Ways in

Photos come in from wherever you shoot.

The event does not care where the frames start: off the camera mid-show, out of Lightroom after the edit, or from the folders you already keep in the cloud.

Camera to gallery

Straight off the camera, no laptop in the loop.

Point your body's FTP at the event and every frame lands, matches and reaches guests while the show is still running. Works with cameras that speak FTP, as most pro Canon, Nikon and Sony bodies do.

Lightroom Classic

Cull and edit where you always do, then publish the collection to the event.

Google Drive

Pick the shoot out of your Drive and pull it straight into the event.

Dropbox

Point at a folder and the event imports it, no re-uploading from the browser.

The studio side

Runs the whole delivery desk, not just the gallery.

Client proofing

Send a selection link, let the client pick and comment photo by photo, and get the choices back as a clean PDF report.

A team, not a login you share

Invite a second shooter or an event manager into one event with their own access. Everyone works, nobody shares your password.

Galleries that look like yours

Pick the cover, the type, the tone and the hero. Mark highlights every guest sees, whatever their own set looks like.

Groups

Find people together, not just alone.

Select two faces and see every frame they share. The family table, the founding team, the winners' circle: one tap each.

Questions, answered.

How do guests who missed the QR get in later?

The link works after the event too. Share it in the group chat or the invite thread, and guests join, verify and get their photos the same way.

What about group photos?

A photo with five people in it appears in all five galleries. Nobody has to be the one who forwards it around.

Can guests add their own photos?

If you switch it on. A guest uploads folder collects phone shots into the same event, and they get matched like everything else. Off by default.

Can I control who sees the whole album?

Yes. Per event you choose whether guests see everything or only their own photos, and you can widen or narrow one person's access without touching the rest. There is a full-album link for the host, and a PIN if you want a door on it.

What does it cost after the trial?

Plans are metered by photos, from 30,000 a quarter to 6,00,000 a year. See pricing for the full table; you get it at the launch price and renew at the same price.
