Your delegate list is also your check-in list and your photo-delivery list — one record per person. Filter by RSVP, add the fields your event actually tracks, import a spreadsheet, and issue passes in bulk. The engine keeps the read-only truth on the same row.

The badge is your face.

A summit shouldn't start with a queue at the badge desk. On a crew tablet, FaceGate recognises each delegate by face, greets them by name and shows their access — and the match happens on the device itself, offline-capable, with nothing sent to a server just to open the door.
